We want you to love your Erstwilder treasures, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Pack Your Items
Carefully place your items in their original Erstwilder gift boxes and secure them in a sturdy mailing box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Print your generated shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
